- Get the best oats you can find: I love this organic blend of oats, grains, and seeds. It is a tasty blend with great texture.
- I also use powdered peanuts: peanuts that have been pressed to extract most of the oil and you are left with a powder.....all it is basically ground peanuts minus their oil.....half the calories of fresh peanuts
- Use any fresh fruit that is in season
- Add any kind of milk or nut milk you prefer
PB & J Overnight Oats:
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 tbsp powdered peanuts
- 1-2 thinly sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup any milk you like
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 packet truvia or any natural sugar/sweetener
- dash of salt
Take out in morning and enjoy
