If you haven't made a New Year's resolution yet, I have one for you: Be more " clean and sustainable " It's not about losing weight or going down a dress or pant size, it's about getting healthier and taking better care of your body 🍏🍒🥛 The saying is actually true: YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT! So.....why not put the best possible ingredients you can into your body?? If you are a meat eater (which I am), remember.....you are eating what the animal you're eating is eating. "Grass Fed" animals have the best nutrition because they are eating what their body is meant for them to be eating. They are less likely to get sick, are healthier because they are eating a healthy diet, and are active and lean because they roam around freely all day. It is the ultimate lifestyle for them....and eventually.....us humans 🐄🤠🤝 I've said it before but it's worth repeating: Support your local Farmers and buy your produce, etc local farmers marke...
