If you're like me, you love Fall πŸ‚ (the beautiful changing colors, warm smells in the air, cooler weather, and yummy fall foods) and all the Holidays that come with up.....starting with Halloween!

I'm going to  Keep It Real for you and share with you my favorite Halloween treats that are healthier for you than others......Here we go:

  1. Dark Chocolate of any kind: Dark chocolate contains lots of antioxidants and can help fight inflammation.  Look for chocolate that has at least 70% cocoa....the darker the better 
  2. Any candy with nuts: Nuts are high in good fats and Vitamin E which can help lower cholesterol 
  3. Candy Corn: You either love it or hate it.  I absolutely love it!! It actually has less sugar (22 grams opposed to 30 grams in other candies)  I like to pair my candy corn with peanuts for added health benefits.  
  4. Mini size candy bars: Anything mini is going to better for you because it helps you control the portion size so you'll eat less fat and calories πŸ™Œ
And of course, my favorite Halloween treat is my famous Pumpkin Dark Chocolate PumpkinsOur same Pumpkin Dark Chocolate Chip Bread recipe in the shape of cute pumpkins perfect for any Holiday Party especially on Halloween πŸŽƒ
