 Today, at Garcia Bread Co., we are celebrating National Doughnut Day with offering a special on our baked donuts 🙌

Our baked donuts are much healthier than traditional fried donuts since they are baked and not deep fried in oil adding extra saturated fat, calories, and high in sugar from all that sugary glaze added after being fried👎
We use fresh local produce and sweeten our products with applesauce and local honey and add a little sunflower oil to keep moist and delicious for a more nutrient dense product with less fat and calories and no added sugars or saturated fats are used👏

What is a Fluffernutter?? A Fluffernutter is basically a peanut butter and marshmallow cream ( fluff ) sandwich 🥜🍞 If you've never had one.....you should.....just to try, they're delicious but filling and full of sugar thanks to the highly processed marshmallow creme.  At Garcia Bread Co ., we don't have a Fluffernutter flavor so we're going to celebrate with our new addition to our family:  Banana Peanut Butter Chip   🍌🥜available in loaf, muffin, or baked donut form 🙌👏: A unique combination of fresh bananas and sweet and salty creamy peanut butter chips all throughout the batter. I MADE IT!

I did it!! 20 Day Challenge is successfully completed!!! Here is what I learned from this experience: You can do ANYTHING for 20 days! Eating real, whole foods all the time keeps you satisfied with more energy and feeling better about yourself. It forced me to eat better and be creative in getting the best nutrition into my body it gave me new, healthy recipes that I didn't know existed I will do this again....maybe a few times a year I am proud of myself 👏 While I am excited I completed the challenge, I will need to be careful in introducing certain foods back into my diet; sugars, etc.... I know I am going to limit my fried and processed foods if at all.......no real benefits to them.....with that said.....Where are the jelly beans????  If you know me, you know I love my Easter candy.....in moderation people....in moderation 🙌                                     ...
