IT'S NATIONAL RAISIN BRAN DAY!

Raisin Bran is my FAVORITE cereal....but.....I'm not celebrating today with my beloved cereal.....
I'm Keeping It Real and focusing on Apple 🍎🍏 Season along with my favorite dried fruit 🍇 putting them together in my Apple Raisin Muffin: Perfect  for Fall. Our Apple Raisin Muffins are full of organic apples from Honey Bear Ranch in Apple Hill , plump, juicy raisins, and lots of unique Fall spices!  Guaranteed to warm you up and satisfy your sweet tooth at the same time this Holiday Season! 
  • I literally have been having one of these muffins every morning with coffee for breakfast.....they are that good with these local fresh ingredients.....and I'm the type of person who likes variety and likes to change things up day to day.....but these are too good to pass up this time of year 😋
  • Honey Bear Ranch I have discovered has the BEST tasting apples that I have ever had....and I've had a lot of apples....especially from Apple Hill.  They are completely organic: pesticide/herbicide free and are grown on a completely sustainable organic farm.  When you have a superior product like that where all you taste is the fruit nature intended in all it's natural sweetness and freshness and no chemical residue, you end up with a delicious, superior product like no other 🙌
  • You can literally ( and I have) pick the apple from the tree and eat it.  It's that safe, fresh, and delicious!

What is a Fluffernutter?? I MADE IT!

I did it!! 20 Day Challenge is successfully completed!!! Here is what I learned from this experience: You can do ANYTHING for 20 days! Eating real, whole foods all the time keeps you satisfied with more energy and feeling better about yourself. It forced me to eat better and be creative in getting the best nutrition into my body it gave me new, healthy recipes that I didn't know existed I will do this again....maybe a few times a year I am proud of myself 👏 While I am excited I completed the challenge, I will need to be careful in introducing certain foods back into my diet; sugars, etc.... I know I am going to limit my fried and processed foods if at all.......no real benefits to them.....with that said.....Where are the jelly beans????  If you know me, you know I love my Easter candy.....in moderation people....in moderation 🙌                                     ...
